Suicide Prevention is everyone’s business. The HSE, in partnership with other organisations is developing a Suicide Prevention Action Plan for County Donegal, working with the National Office for Suicide Prevention. We want as many people as possible to have their say about what should be included in the plan. Please take a few minutes to answer the questions below. You can either print the form and complete by hand or type your replies directly in.
