Here is some wonderful feedback from the women who completed the course this June 2018 in Raphoe and Downstrands…

“It was a great course as every week was so different with great speakers bringing wonderful life experiences they were able to share how they improved their own lives. Wonderful way of meeting new people and gaining new experiences.”

“I was afraid of the unknown, lacking in confidence and not sure what would be involved on the course. But now I realised that I can come out of my comfort zone and be able to participate and enjoy the course.”

“This course brought me out of myself. I have more confidence now. I am no longer afraid to speak up. I no longer feel I am a brick wall where people are firing things at me. I am NOT nothing or nobody anymore.”

“I’d recommend this course because it’s getting out, and being more social. You learn new things about yourself. It’s very enjoyable and relaxed.”
