It is piloted by a consortium of 6 partners:-

It aims to provide an effective response to two major issues faced by the region:
Unemployment Rates for 18 – 29 year olds
The recruitment needs of the Hotel, Restaurant and Catering sector (HORECA)
Through territorial cooperation, the Consortium composed of partners from this region aims to enhance an employment dynamic increasing the chance for young adults and companies to find a suitable match.
The project aims to provide an innovative solution that goes beyond existing tools and practises, to foster the professional integration of young people by matching the recruitment needs of the HORECA sector with existing labour demand in the North-West regions using an open source Technology platform.
The project aims to adopt a threefold approach involving young adults, companies and relevant stakeholders in the conception and creation of a technology platform that best responds to their needs.
It aims to reinforce NEET’s (Not in education, employment or training) employability to facilitate their long-term professional integration, to overcome the difficulties encountered by companies in recruiting people and enhancing the attractiveness of the sector and also to raise candidates awareness on the existing transnational mobility opportunities.
