Analysis & Development Funds

Donegal Local Development Company Ltd considered Analysis & Development initiatives under the LEADER+ programme over the 2002-2006 period with a specific emphasis on technical assistance aid for new know-how and technology projects.

DLDC considered funding this type of activity where the need was essential, where the analysis and development had not already been undertaken, and where there was no overlap/duplication with analysis and development work already commissioned. A condition of aid was that a copy of the report or results of the analysis or development was provided to DLDC.

Analysis or development undertaken under this heading could involve engaging educational and training institutions such as VEC’s, RTC’s and universities.

Grants Available 2000-2006

50% of costs up to a limit of €7,500 (private promoters)
80% of costs up to a maximum of €12,500 (community based projects)
