DLDC's Cohesion Programme - Funded by the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs

DLDC's Cohesion programme is funded by the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, and aims to integrate the community development structures within the DLDC catchment area, through a range of actions.

• Establishing community outreach offices in North Donegal to provide targeted community level support, advice and information services in the North Donegal Catchment Area - a dedicated office has now been opened in Milford, and a dedicated support worker is available to support community groups within the area.

• Establishing community outreach offices in East Donegal to provide targeted community level support in the East Donegal Catchment Area - a dedicated office has now been opened in Killygordan, and a dedicated support worker is available to support community groups within the area

• Providing community based IT Training and support in partnership with the ICTU Centre for the Unemployed - further details will be available in 2007.
