The Local Development Social Inclusion Programme
The Local Development Social Inclusion Programme is the provision that enables funding to be made available to Partnerships and Community Groups "that adopt a partnership approach to tackling local issues on the basis of comprehensive, integrated local action plans designed to counter exclusion." DLDC launched the Social Inclusion Programme in 2000 with a budget of 2.76 Million to deliver action on the ground until 2003. The Company was successful in securing follow on funding until 2006 and is applying for interim funding for the 2007 period. The Social Inclusion Programme is funded by Area Development Management Ltd.
